My own healthy diet plan

I like to take new challenges in life as thanks to them I feel that everything is OK and that I am evolving as a person. If you are afraid to try new things in life you can^t expect people to respect you and your ideas. They need to feel that you are not afraid of new things. Am I right or not? What do you think about it? Maybe you can tell me about it from your own experience and thus I will learn more about this issue. How do you think is that possible? Recently I have created a new challenge for myself. I have decide that I want to create my own healthy diet plan that I would implement in my life. I think that it is great when you can stay healthy and take care of your organism. Normally you would have to spend money in order to get a plan of that kind and I want you to be aware of this. I have decided that I can^t lose my money on something like that and that I will make my own healthy diet plan. I know that it will work as it will contain all the elements I need in my life. I think that you should do the same if you want to change your life. I will let you know whether I have accomplished my goal and created a healthy diet plan or not.
